The largest CTP system on the market, the MAGNUS Q4800 offers exceptional speed and productivity for extra-large format (XLF) platemaking. Supporting dual 1650mm size plates, the MAGNUS Q4800 enables a throughput of up to 50 plates per hour.
Automatic plate loading/unloading and automatic slip sheet removal for unattended operations help drive maximum productivity and reduced labor costs. The fully automatic XLF plate loading supports eight pallets with up to 4,800 plates online, which enables over 10,000 m2 of plates to run before reloading.
